I helped Nonny build out a content strategy, creating stories like a guide to enjoying oysters from a Michelin-recommended seafood Bar Bravo, as well as profiles of local restaurateurs.

Bar Bravo x Nonny Beer Oyster Guide

Nonny collaborated with Bar Bravo’s Jon Merrill. Together we created an illustrated guide on how best to enjoy oysters. Jon estimates he’s shucked 3-5 million oysters in his career (give or take), so he ought to know.
